Sausage Making Bootcamp

During this hands-on event, you will learn how to perfectly make and cook homemade sausage. We will teach you everything from meat selection, grinding, seasoning, casing, cooking, and, of course, you will enjoy eating the final product and taking some home for yourself.

You will get a class manual with detailed instructions and recipes, samples of each style of sausage we cook, a package of sausage seasoning, and sausage you will prepare and take home to cook.

All questions will be answered and by the end of the class you will leave with the skills to be a sausage making king to your friends and family.
