6:30-7PM: Doors Open/Welcoming
7-7:15PM: Opening Circle
7:15-7:45PM: Cacao Ceremony
7:45-8PM: Guided Movement Practice
8-9:30PM: Ecstatic Dance Journey with APOTHECARY
9:30-9:45PM: Sound Healing with Tamara Zenobia
9:45-10PM: Closing Circle

What Is Cacao?
Cacao is the original, unprocessed form of chocolate, and has been a revered part of ceremony and plant medicine tradition in the great Central and South American civilizations such as the Olmec, Inca, Maya, Aztec, and others. In this ceremony, we'll enjoy the delicious, heart-opening magic of chocolate in its purest form, guided by the perspectives of curanderismo, the ancient Amazonian plant medicine practices. Medicine never tasted this good!
What Is Ecstatic Dance?
Ecstatic Dance is a liberating, complex, joyful dance format supported by three main agreements, namely that the dance is:
1) Sober (minus a little cacao 😉)
2) Silent (no *verbal* communication on the dance floor)
3) Cell-free (no phones or screens on the dance floor)
These principles help the whole group drop more into the music, more into their bodies, and more into our authentic energy than ever. And with a 90-minute live DJ set crafted to take us on a rolling wave, the invitation is to literally dance like you may have never danced before. Come see how it feels when everyone dances like no one’s watching!
