Mingle with Mina (Medicaid's 60th Birthday!)

July 30 is the 60th anniversary of the 1965 Social Security Act, which created Medicaid. With the signing of the "One Big Beautiful Bill" Act and an upcoming special session, there is much to discuss about health care, hunger, and education. Please join me at Tikishla Park to talk about the past month of major federal changes, the state budget, and local issues. We will have cake to celebrate Medicaid's birthday, and we will also be collecting non-perishable items to donate to our local food pantry.
