Join us at Tier 1, for an exciting Magic: The Gathering Regional Championship Qualifier (RCQ) Modern tournament, part of Season 4's competitive circuit. This event is your chance to qualify for the Regional Championships and potentially, the Pro Tour. Compete against the best players in the Modern format to secure your spot in the next level of competition. As Alaska's WPN Premium Store, Tier 1 will qualify the Top 2 finishers for Regionals!
Event Details
- Format: Modern Constructed
- Date: Saturday, July 19 at 12pm
- Time: Registration closes at 12pm, with the first round starting shortly after.
- Entry Fee: $25

Tournament Structure
- Swiss Rounds: Players will compete in Swiss paired rounds based on attendance.
- Cut to Top 8: If needed, the top 8 players will advance to a Single Elimination bracket.
- Match Duration: Each match will have a 50-minute time limit. If the match is not concluded within this time, players will play five additional turns.
Decklists and Registration
- Decklist Submission: Players must submit their decklists through the designated platform before the start of the first round. Late submissions will incur penalties.
- Registration: Players must have a Wizards Account linked to their profile and register before the event starts. Late registrations will result in a loss for the first round.
Prizes and Promos
- Qualification Prizes: The top 2 finishers will earn invitations to the Regional Championship, with the winner and runner-up receiving additional prizes.
- Fauna Shaman Promo: Top finishers will receive a non-foil Fauna Shaman promo card. The winner will receive a foil Fauna Shaman promo card.
- Prosperous Innkeeper Promo: All participants will receive a non-foil Prosperous Innkeeper promo card.

1. Create/Log In to Your Account: Ensure you have a Wizards Account and a profile on the event management platform.
2. Register for the Event: Sign up before the registration deadline.
3. Prepare Your Decklist: Submit your Modern decklist on time to avoid penalties.
