Cyclocross Clinic with Emily Shields
Pro racer Emily Shields is back to crank up our cyclocross technique, strategy, nutrition, equipment, training and more! In addition to being an international competitor in cyclocross and MTB, Emily is a Registered Dietician Nutritionist.
Clinic is 9 am to 4 pm on Sat., August 16 at Russian Jack Elementary. Includes lunch, a nutrition seminar, and an informal race; plus an invitation-only social ride the week prior. $65 adults; $50 youth (middle school and up).
