CoLab-orations: Driftwood Mobiles

Explore the art of suspended sculpture, inspired by traditions dating back to ancient Egypt and modern artists like Alexander Calder and Julio Le Parc. In this hands-on CoLab workshop, experiment with materials such as beads, bells, driftwood, origami paper, and found treasures to create your own hanging art

Open to teens and adults of all skill levels who enjoy exploring new techniques and creative expression. All materials, tools, and museum admission included in the $15 fee. Bring your own items if you like. Drills and other prep tools will be available. Registration required.
