The AJW in partnership with the Anchorage Downtown Partnership is celebrating its 4th season presenting 11 free outdoor jazz concerts from 4-6 p.m. on Saturdays at Peratrovich Park located at the corner of 4th and E Street in downtown Anchorage from May 31 through August 16, 2024. The concerts feature a wide variety of local jazz bands from South Central Alaska.
The 2025 bands include the John Damberg Latin Jazz Quintet, the Fish On Jazz Quartet, the Blue Dixie Combo, the Jacques Maree Group, the A Town Sharps, the AJW Jazz Camp 25 Student and Faculty ensembles, the Mark Manners Quintet, the KP Brass Band, the AK Soul Society, the AJW Community Jazz Session All Starts, and the Constant Structure Sextet
Bring your lawn chair and enjoy some exciting Jazz, Blues, Latin Jazz, and Funk served up by Anchorage's Jazz Community!
