Celebrate the gift of longevity. This fun and comprehensive program combines goal setting, daily practices and peer support to help you make meaningful changes in your life. The 90-minute sessions, led by local experts in their fields, feature a different topic each week: navigating longer lives, sleep, nutrition, medication management, advance planning, healthy relationships, fall prevention, and community engagement.
