In our time together, we will travel deep into the subconscious parts of the brain (where most of our programming is stored).
You will be guided by multiple layers of sound, curated breath patterns, and a nurtured sense of safety to allow us to reach such deep states of relaxation and healing.

KT'S VISION
As a Trauma-Informed Breathwork Guide, my vision is to create a safe, compassionate, and empowering space for individuals to explore and release the stored tension, emotional blockages, and unprocessed trauma within their bodies and minds. I aim to guide people through their breathwork journey with a deep understanding of the impact trauma has on the nervous system, offering a process that honors individual boundaries, experiences, and healing timelines.
My approach emphasizes attunement, presence, and mindfulness, enabling participants to feel fully supported as they connect with their breath in a way that is gentle, non-judgmental, and nourishing. I envision a space where each person is empowered to explore their inner landscape, reclaim their agency, and find peace within themselves. By providing the tools of conscious-connected breathing, I strive to help individuals reconnect to their bodies, cultivate self-compassion, and facilitate emotional healing, all while honoring the profound resilience inherent in every individual.
Through my work, I seek to create a healing environment where trauma no longer defines one's future but serves as an opportunity for growth, empowerment, and transformation.
