🌺 Programa
Começamos com um círculo de abertura, onde será partilhada a Sagrada Medicina do Cacau, num ritual guiado por Elisabete Maisão, facilitadora formada em Bacalar, México (2021). Elisabete traz consigo a sabedoria ancestral de preparar o cacau desde o grão — num processo artesanal e profundamente conectado à tradição nativa.
Durante esta cerimónia, serão entoadas canções medicina para abrir o coração e expandir a presença.
De coração desperto, mergulharemos então na jornada do Ecstatic Tribal Dance, com João Senna aos comandos da nave wave. Músico e ser dançante com mais de uma década de experiência em círculos de ecstatic dance, João estreia aqui o seu primeiro set ao vivo — um set híbrido, com música electrónica e instrumentos ao vivo, para te levar numa viagem tribal e vibrante.
Depois de um merecido intervalo para repor energias, aterraremos suavemente num espaço de Sound Healing, onde poderás relaxar profundamente, integrar e repousar.

What could be more beautiful to celebrate Summer and Life than a magical gathering, danced under the New Moon, in a garden by the pool, surrounded by a bamboo forest — with your heart opened by the sacred medicine of cacao, moving to the rhythm of tribal ecstatic dance?

🌺 Program
We begin with an opening circle, where the Sacred Medicine of Cacao will be served in a ritual guided by Elisabete Maisão, a facilitator trained at Bacalar, Mexico (2021). Elisabete brings the ancestral wisdom of preparing cacao from the raw bean, following the traditional process deeply connected with the native tradition.
During this ritual we will sing by medicine chants and songs, to open the heart and expand the presence.
With hearts wide open, we’ll then step into the Ecstatic Tribal Dance journey, guided by João Senna, pilot of the wave vessel. João is a musician and long-time dancer, with over a decade of experience in ecstatic dance circles — now offering his first live set, a hybrid experience blending electronic music with live instruments, inviting you into a tribal and vibrant flow.
After a nourishing break, we’ll ground softly with a deep Sound Healing session — a space to land, rest and integrate.
