Come join me at Parc Dewi Sant for their 160th Anniversary Celebration on Friday 26th September. Ill be sharing a FREE short, uplifting breathwork session—a 40-minute taster designed to be fun, informative, and gently transformative.

✨ We’ll explore three simple techniques:
– One to energise
– One to calm
– One to feel centred
Perfect for beginners and seasoned breathers alike—something you can take away and weave into your daily life.

⏰ Time to be confirmed, but I’ll also be at my information stall in the morning—come say hello, ask questions, or just have a chat about breath and wellbeing.
