With daylight shortening and cozy evenings approaching, we’ll reflect on the beauty of letting go and connect with the natural rhythms of the season. Through meditation and sacred sound we will explore how these cycles can guide you towards inner balance and renewal.
This will be a transformative experience that will utilize intentional sound frequencies and vibrations to help promote relaxation, reduce stress, and enhance your overall health and well-being.
