Autumnal Awakening Series

We are excited to announce our newest offering at Raising Brain, The Village Studio. This new space will host community classes ranging from mindfulness and personal growth to unique, niche topics for everyone.

Come as you are and settle into a welcoming space. Our cozy studio is nestled on 10 beautiful acres with open nature trails and a creekside beach, offering a place where our community can slow down, connect, and care for ourselves together.

Our relaxed workshops weave in mindfulness, gentle movement, somatic practices, breathwork, and other holistic tools, all led with warmth and a deep understanding of the mind-body connection. Whether you want to learn something new, find your calm, or simply share good company, you will leave feeling refreshed and supported.
