Reiki Infused Breathwork With Kim Pie

Join me in this intimate group experience for transcendent, transformative discovery and revitalisation with Reiki Infusion Breathwork. Harness the power of Breath, infused
with Reiki energy to promote restorative wellness of mind and body in this safe supportive connection.

We’ll start with an opening circle, informative instruction and
guided meditation with chakra activation. This is followed by a curated, dynamic breathwork journey and we’ll close with an artistic expression of the experience.

Please come with an open heart and open mind, no previous experience necessary.

Dress for comfort and bring a mat. A pillow, blanket and eye cover or anything else you may want for comfort. Water to rehydrate after the session and a snack to encourage
grounding. Journaling is welcomed if you feel inclined. An empty stomach is recommended for intense breathwork.
