Join us every Sunday at noon for our Community Yoga Class at Resonance Hot Yoga + Massage. This class is open to all levels and designed to nurture your mind, body, and spirit in a supportive and inclusive space.
Whether you’re new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, come as you are to move, breathe, and connect with others on the path of growth and transformation. This is a donation-based class—give what you can, receive what you need.
Let’s come together to cultivate strength, peace, and joy—one breath, one pose, one moment at a time.

If it's your first time at our studio, we recommend arriving 10-15 minutes early to settle in. Doors will lock at the beginning of class!
We’re located in the Amherst Shopping Plaza — right next to Big Y. Our studio has ample parking in the plaza lot. We’re also easily accessible by public transit, with a PVTA stop for the B43 directly in front of the studio
