Buffalo-born gallerist Martha Jackson helped shape the course of postwar art. This exhibition reexamines her international legacy through works by artists like Joan Mitchell, Paul Jenkins, and Sam Francis—many of whom found artistic kinship in midcentury Paris with Jackson’s support.
