Music at Trinity presents The Buzz Brass Quintet
(Amherst, NS) On Sunday, November 23, 2025 at 3:00 pm at Trinity-St. Stephen’s United Church in Amherst, Music at Trinity, in partnership with Debut Atlantic, is please to present the Buzz Brass Quintet. They will present their acclaimed program Famous Inspirations.
Famous Inspirations takes listeners on a joyful musical journey through some of the world’s most beloved classical melodies. From Liszt’s fiery Hungarian Rhapsody to the uplifting works of Bach, Buzz Brass brings these classics and others to life with their signature energy and rich brass sound.
Since forming in Montreal in 2002, Buzz Brass has captivated music lovers across North America, Europe and China. With over 2000 performances to their credit, they’ve also collaborated with major orchestras including Canada’s National Arts Centre Orchestra in Ottawa. Their fresh, accessible approach to classical chamber music – equal parts precision and playfulness- has earned them multiple awards and nominations as well as international praise for their recordings.
Tickets @ $20 are now on sale. To purchase tickets in advance, please call the Trinity-Stephen’s United Church office at (902) 667-8483. Visa and MasterCard accepted. Your tickets will be held for you at the door. Tickets can also be purchased by visiting the church office at 1 Ratchford Street in Amherst during weekday business hours from 9:00 am until 4:00 pm.
To encourage the interest and attendance of young musicians, children and youth over the age of 7 and under 18 are welcomed free-of-charge to Music at Trinity concerts when accompanied by an adult ticket holder.
