Rest & Restore: Intention and Manifestation

Join Julie Ripley-Gould E-RYT YACEP for an afternoon of Restorative Yoga, Meditation and Manifestation. We will begin with a Restorative Yin practice, followed by a guided meditation, to help us set our Intention for 2026. You will be guided through the "12 Magical Nights" ritual, where we will discover our 13 wishes for 2026. This ritual will continue off of the mat, beginning on the Winter Solstice, and into the New Year. We will spark our creativity by designing and decorating our own "Wish Boxes" which will hold our 13 wishes. We will finish with a Healing Sound Bath.
All are welcome. No prior experience required.
