This 90-minute session will guide you in harnessing the moon's energy to set intentions, plan effectively, and align your goals with natural rhythms.

Move beyond sporadic planning or rigid planning and embrace a more intuitive, aligned approach. We'll explore the 8 lunar phases, their energetic themes, and how to integrate them into your goal-setting. You'll receive a lunar phase worksheet and calendar templates to map out your intentions, considering optimal times for action, rest, and reflection.

Discover how to break free from burnout and unrealistic timelines by working with the moon's ebb and flow. This workshop is about ritual over rigidity, and energy alignment over hustle.
