Hey Neighbors! Did you realize it’s only 93 days until Halloween Fest ‘25?!?!
Are you interested in helping make a bigger, better, & more inclusive event than last year?? We are looking for volunteers to help in several areas: planning, organizing, parade support, set-up, tear-down, vendors/game hosts, trunk-or-treat vehicles, characters, entertainment, and of course PRIZE DONATIONS for the costume contest (plus there’s probably more but that can be discussed at the next meeting).
So, just think about it for a few days… If you decide you have ideas to share (in-person or on a phone call, not on Facebook) or want to physically help (in-person) in any way with one or multiple things listed above, please send me a private message and I will make sure you have a personal invite for the first meeting. I will share the meeting date here, on a followup post, and I’ll try to create an Event, but if you message me I can make sure you don’t miss it.
It’s pretty obvious that we have some very passionate community members that want certain things for our beautiful village, so I am confident that a lot of you are ready to help your Village of South Amherst Halloween Committee and I cannot wait to meet you!
