Tea and Tranquility

Join Kristina and Cindy for a two hour workshop that opens with a Reiki infused Yin Yoga practice designed to calm the nervous system, release deep held tension, and support energetic balance. The experience then transitions into an educational discussion on herbs and their supportive benefits, along with a guided sampling of herbal teas to explore how plant medicine can be used for grounding, restoration, and everyday wellness.

Cindy Ross
Cindy has studied plants and natural remedies for over 20 years, blending herbal knowledge with energetic healing. A Reiki Master Teacher and a graduate of Cornell University’s Plant Medicine program, she brings together spiritual insight and practical plant wisdom to support balance and restoration.

Kristina Gaito
Kristina is a 200 hour certified yoga instructor currently completing her 300 hour training. She specializes in yin and slow flow vinyasa, offering inclusive classes focused on mindfulness, ease, and calm for all levels.
