SoulCollage - An Embodied Mindfulness Practice Workshop

Spend time getting to know the unexplored depths of your soul and your beautiful inner parts! The process combines intuition, images, and synchronicity, creating a unique, artistic experience that anyone can do. Using cutout images from magazines, individuals create their own unique 5” X 8” cards, where each card represents a different part of themselves or their world. This SoulCollage® workshop is an invitation to bypass your analytical thinking brain, slow down, and step into your wisdom and creative power. Join us for an afternoon of creativity, community, personal reflection, and fun! Eliza Goodell, PhD. is a clinical psychologist. She completed her SoulCollage® facilitator training in 2018.

One, 3-hour session: Saturday, 1:00 – 4:00 p.m.

Cost $65. Class Limit 12. Minimum 5.
