End of Summer Open Mat! 🥋

As summer’s winding down and the school year fast approaching, come in and see what Kaizen Martial Arts classes are all about! You are invited to stop in to see the space, take a free open mat class, and learn to break a board. 🥋 All experience levels welcome. We can’t wait to see you! The class schedule will be as follows:
8:15-9:15 Kickboxing
9:15-10:15 Teen/Adult Karate
10:15-11:00 Juniors (6-11 year olds)
11:00-11:30 Turtles (3-5 year olds)
