Sound Bath at the Gardens

Relax and breathe to the soothing sounds of gentle instruments.

A Sound Bath is a deeply immersive and meditative experience that uses sound to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and improve overall wellbeing.

During a sound bath, participants lay down in a comfortable position on a yoga mat or blanket while a facilitator plays various instruments such as crystal quartz bowls, gongs, chimes, and other instruments. The sounds from these instruments create a sense of harmony and alignment in the body, mind, and spirit.
