About the event

Child-Led Bake Sale

We’re excited to announce another Child-Led Bake Sale on Wednesday, August 20th, 2025, from 3:15–5:15 pm at our playscape located at Bethesda Lutheran!
The kids have been working hard to prepare delicious treats and handmade beverages for everyone to enjoy. At their last bake sale, they were able to purchase some wishlist items like walkie-talkies, a handheld microscope, a gift for the preschoolers, and more!
Their kind hearts also led them to donate part of the proceeds to the Ames Animal Shelter, and they’ll be donating again from this sale.
