Guided Meditation

We open a safe space to rest in our heart space and bring in unconditional love. 💛

I will guide you through a meditation step by step through relaxing and feeling safe in the body to allow the mind to shift and shut off and let the heart speak.

BRING: yoga mat, eye mask, blanket, pillows, journal, water, and anything to help you feel comfortable laying on the floor.

10 am-11am targeted time but may need extra integration time following.
