December Sound Bath

As we head towards the Winter Solstice and the return of the light ,take time to rest in stillnes in this busy Christmas season.The gentle waves of gong, harp, crystal and himalayan bowls and grounding percussion invite you to release the weight of the year gone by. Let sound become your sanctury - a place to pause, breathe, and return to yourself before the light begins it's slow returm. Join us at Amersham Band Hall Sunday 14th . Tea and Chocolate will be served at the end.

Please Bring a yoga mat/something to lie on, a pillow and a blanket anything to make yourself super cozy and comfortable. The more comfortable you are the better the experience.Eye masks will be provided. I also have a few spare mats.
