In this 50-hour course, we will explore the habits and practical attitudes that will allow you to orient yourself more consciously in your life, and we will explore your relationship with the cycle of destiny.
This course is OPEN TO EVERYONE, yoga practitioners and beginners, and is part of the 2nd Level Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training.

Meet the teacher:
JIWAN SHAKTI KAUR
Jiwan Shakti Kaur is a well-known and respected Mentor and Lead Trainer certified by the KRI Kundalini Research Institute for Level 1, Level 2 and the 21 Stages of Meditation.
Since our life on this planet is a human experience, the centre of her studies has always been the human body, from various points of view, including Yogic Body Language and the correct use of the brain by controlling our biochemistry to obtain a healthy, happy and holistic life (Happy Hormones).
Her scientific approach, her knowledge of Kundalini Yoga and her great talent for communication combined with her sense of humour have led her to teach throughout Europe, North Africa and Latin America.
Jiwan Shakti was the co-founder and creative director of SunGalaa from 2016 to 2024; founder and director of KundaliniYoga.Academy®, co-founder and president of KYE - Kundalini Yoga Europe.
