Stability, job readiness, and next-step direction.
This rotation isn’t about perfection—it’s about consistency, reliability, and partnership. We’ll build together, adjust together, and serve together. One team. One mission. One community.
New Collaboration Hub
We’ll introduce The Panhandle Resource Community—a shared online forum for social-service professionals, created by Kaitlyn Terry (Cenikor Prevention) and Laura Boyd (Martha’s Home)—to share resources, updates, and opportunities across the Texas Panhandle.
What to Expect at the Luncheon
· Clarify the Vision & Purpose
· Set a Rotating Schedule across the four areas
· Commitment Process (how your org plugs in weekly)
· Communication & Coordination (simple playbook)
· Accountability & Follow-Through (track wins, fix gaps)
· Sustainability & Recognition (keep momentum strong)
· Launch Message:
“We’re not waiting for the perfect system—we’re building one. Every agency, every volunteer, every partner matters. This is how we stop passing people around and start lifting them up.”
