At Kaizen’s Kids Camp, we’re diving into the Yamas—yoga’s wisdom on kindness, honesty, sharing, balance, and letting go—through fun, play, and creative expression.

Every day includes yoga movement, themed crafts, mindful games, and tools for confidence, calm, and connection. This is more than just a fun camp—it’s a mindful summer experience.
