It's Ok not to be Ok...(and when is it no longer "Ok")

Let’s take a look at why it’s ok to NOT be ok...and when is it no longer “ok”. When things get tough in life, it’s ok to be sad, upset, or even stressed. At what point are we no longer “ok” anymore? It is expected to experience some struggle when things get rough, but knowing your limits of what you can handle is important! Make a plan of when to ask for help, who your support team is, and what are the options and next steps. Sometimes our current plans have to change, and that’s ok too.
