Ecstatic Dance is a free-form dance movement led by music to facilitate a journey of healing and self-expression, held in sober, judgment-free spaces without talking or shoes on the dance floor. It combines principles from conscious dance, somatic therapy, and yoga to create a space for people to connect with their bodies, emotions, and spirits through movement, aiming for a feeling of ecstasy and inner connection.
