Birth Plan Workshop

In this workshop, you will learn:

- why birth plans are useful
- what is offered to mom and baby during labor, birth and postpartum
- creating a positive mindset around the plan for your birth
- plan vs preference
- how to build a birth plan
- importance of a postpartum plan

You will takeaway:
- a birth plan template
- questions to consider
- confidence in completing your birth plan at home, or
- a completed birth plan
