Relaxing Sound Bath Experience

Holistic Sound Bath with Herbal Tea

Join me for a gentle and grounding evening at St Geroge's Church Old School Building, where you can unwind with a soothing sound bath and a warm cup of tea.

Make sure to bring a yoga mat and a blanket/sleeping bag to make yourself cosy. It's a lovely chance to slow down and take some nourishing time for yourself.

Please arrive 10 minutes before the session as the doors will close at 7:05pm.

• If you're in the first trimester of pregnancy
• If you have epilepsy or seizures of any kind
• If you have UNMANAGED serious mental conditions (Depression, anxiety etc is OK)
• If you have a pacemaker, metal implants or plates in the body
• If you had a recent surgery or bone injury
• If you have any other condition that is sensitive to or triggered by sound
