LiveInShawe Summer Show 2025

Welcome to the LiveInShawe Open-Mic Event on Friday 11th July!

Come join us at The Forum Library's Creative Space for our fourth and now BE PROUD AWARD NOMINATED open-mic event filled with music, poetry, and story-telling from local people. Whether you're a seasoned performer or just looking to enjoy some local talent, this event is perfect for everyone over the age of 18.

Expect performances, exhibitions from local artists, motivational speaking, a warm, cosy vibe and an amazing networking opportunity for local creatives.

This is an inclusive, safe space where everyone is welcome to share their stories and have their voice heard.

LEAVE YOUR BIAS'S AND JUDGEMENT AT THE DOOR AS TO GET THE BEST OUT OF THIS EVENT YOU MUST REMAIN OPEN-MINDED AND WELCOMING TO THOSE BRAVE ENOUGH TO SHARE THEIR THOUGHTS AND ART WITH US.

BAD VIBES WILL NOT BE TOLERATED AND YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE IF DISRESPECTFUL TO ANYONE AT THE EVENT.

Feel free to share your own talents or simply sit back and enjoy the show.

Doors open at 7.00pm and performances start at 7.15pm. Bring your friends, family (18+ only), or even just yourself - everyone is welcome at the LiveInShawe Open-Mic Event.
