A Summer Yin Yoga Workshop

The summer is the most “yang” time of year. It’s a time when the natural world is abundant and we are surrounded with beauty! It’s also a time when you can experience burnt out. This yin yoga session for the summer includes poses that will help you to slow down, feel calmer and to renew. A great way to embrace this active and yang season.

Yin is a more restorative, healing yoga that targets the connective tissues, such as the fascia, ligaments, bones, and even the joints of the body that are not normally exercised very much, which is even more important as our lives have become more sedentary.
