About the event

FREE Self Defense Class
Free Self Defense instructed by Norm Wrigley, owner of East Coast Taekwondo. Bring water, all your mom friends, and wear comfortable clothing. No tank tops. Long sleeves are preferred.

We are asking that all participants bring unwanted crayons that can be donated to the crayon initiative, which recycles used crayons and distributes them to children’s hospitals across the United States. East Coast Taekwondo has already collected and donated over 2000 pounds of unwanted crayons!!!!
