Welcome Valley Girls!
This is your Private MTB Camp just for the ladies, because girls just wanna have fun!
Friday night:
5 pm Check in and bike check, snacks and refreshments available provided by your Valley Girls club.
5:30 pm Chat about: Believe, Balance, and Eyes up.
Static holds. How to maintain your bike and questions.
Dinner to follow
Saturday:
8:45 Arrival and Group picture
9 am Fundamentals, (then manuevers potentially)
Noon: Lunch break (Provided by your club)
1 pm to 4 pm Trail application
4 pm Bike games, (Slow speed skills, cardboard slide, and fun)
5 pm Recap and release for the day
Sunday:
9 am Intro to Drops then jumps, (possibly more maneuvers)
Jumps and drops requirement: flat pedals, dropper post, and pads encouraged .
Alternative to jumps and drops: Trail application with sessioning is available.
Noon: break for lunch and wrap up (Provided by your club)
$350 for the weekend per athlete, (For the Love of BIKES does not provide food or beverages). Valley girls will provide food and refreshments.
REQUIRED: Helmet, waiver signed via fortheloveofbikes.com
Each participant is responsible for your own trail pass daily.
**For drops and jumps wear pads, flats, and have a dropper post. **
Coach Brenda & Coach Kim will bring all the features and learning tools.
If needed, will arrange a third Coach and assistants to cover a safe quality ration of no more than 1 coach to 8 athletes with an assistant.
