In this immersive afternoon at It's Raining Zen we will explore the mystery, magic, and origins of Samhain, tracing its roots through Celtic traditions and ancestral rites, and examining how its sacred meaning has shifted and been co-opted across time. If you have ever felt the deep, unspoken pull of this season—the sense that something older and wilder stirs within you—this gathering may be the key to unlocking that call.
Together we will:
- Delve into the spiritual and cultural history of Samhain
- Explore deities and spirits aligned with this liminal time, including the torch-bearing Hekate, guardian of thresholds and guide through the dark
- Learn rituals, offerings, and seasonal practices to attune with Samhain’s energies and weave them into your spiritual journey
