STRICTLY LATIN DANCE FIT CLASS




- A fun way to exercise. Dance and get fit to different styles of Latin dances and some other styles. Instructed by a top latin and Ballroom dancer. No partner needed, all ages and gender welcome as long as you are over 12, mobile and in good health.
The dances are choreographed to suit everybodie's capabilities, you put into it as much as you wish.
The music is the major motivator here, the rhythm will make you go.
