Financial Literacy & First-Time Homebuyer Resources: Join us for a special session focused on helping Metro East residents build financial confidence and explore pathways to homeownership.
We’re thrilled to welcome two guests this month: Dr. Terrence Duncan, author, housing advocate, and Board President of the Metro East Realtist Collective (MERC) will share insights on first-time homebuyer programs and navigating the path to ownership.
Metro East Realtist Collective (MERC), an affiliate of the National Association of Real Estate Brokers (NAREB). MERC was established to address disparities in Black homeownership and promote economic development through real estate education and community investment initiatives
