Through gentle meditation, breathwork, and movement, we’ll attune to our inner wisdom and open to the transformative energy of the heart space. This is a time to pause, breathe, and embrace the energetic power and strength of gathered women. Give this time as a gift to yourself to feel centered, expanded, supported, and uplifted.
