Swords At Sunset

Warriors, Shield Maidens, and Nerds! Join us for a sword-based fitness class at Sanlando Park in Altamonte!
We will train WEEKLY Sunday from 5:30 till sunset. Please wear something comfy and bring something to drink!
We will train as the ancestors did. In nature, using what tools were available to them. This is your safe space to unleash the warrior within!
