SOUND & SOUL JOURNEY

Come experience a Sound & Soul Journey. We begin with a somatic grounding meditation to go deeper into your body. Then be guided on a shamanic mythical journey with drums and percussion. On this journey you can see life from a different perspective and release old patterns and beliefs that no longer serve you. You will connect with your ancestors, inner child, spirit animal, or true self along this journey. Light language comes through for each individual person. This work will help bring you out of your mind and into your body and the mythical world. In a mythical world issues are able to reveal themselves more clearly without re-experiencing the traumas. For this Sound & Soul Journey the goal is to help you heal your past wounds, guide you to listen to your inner wisdom, and empower you to embrace your full potential.
