Wendy Soderman is a mindfulness teacher, a motivational speaker, previous owner (for 30 years) of a mindfulness-based school, and a mother of two grown children, one of whom has quadriplegic Cerebral Palsy. She lives with joy and purpose...and it's just so beautiful to see! She teaches mindfulness in a way that can change your perspective, and maybe your relationship with yourself and your children. Come, be in community with us, focus your mindset, and learn to find joy in what ALREADY IS at the beginning of the new academic year.
