Cystic Fibrosis Training ride

Let's meet up for another 30 mi training ride in Altamonte Springs. Starting at Sanlando Park at 730, wheels on the ground ready to ride at 8 am. This will be part trail and part neighborhood The pace is going to be around 16 mph. Helmets and hydration are required, snacks are encouraged.
