Notice of Annual General Meeting
To be held 26th November 2025
7pm The Hive Nenthead
All existing and intending Company Members are invited to attend the above meeting. There will be an opportunity for potential new members to register after the meeting.
All present will be welcome to speak, but only existing registered members will be entitled to vote. It may not actually be necessary to vote on any matter, but if you cannot attend, you may appoint a proxy to vote on your behalf. If you wish to do this, fill in and sign the Proxy Notice below. This will only be accepted if delivered to the Company address (Hayring Farm, Nenthead, CA9 3LW) before 12 pm 25th November
