Level 1 focuses on the essential foundations of Traditional Yoga and an introduction to Universal Yoga®.
This Level 1 Universal Yoga® Teacher Training comprises the first 100 hours of the 200-hour YTT and is also part of the full 300-hour Advanced Studies Program.

Level 2 Training
This 100-hour intensive is the second module of the Universal Yoga® 300-hour track, open to yoga practitioners and teachers seeking a deeper, multidimensional understanding of yoga. You’ll explore physical, energetic, psychic, and mental practices, including:

You may take Level 1 only, or both Level 1 and Level 2 for a full 200-hour Yoga Alliance–approved certification.
Please note: Certification will only be awarded upon successful completion of the written test and submission of any required corrections, even if the test is initially passed.
If you’ve previously completed Level 1, you are welcome to repeat it — many returning students do, as the teachings are incredibly rich and deepen with each experience. Returning students receive a 25% discount on Level 1.
To ensure a grounded and supportive learning experience, Tommasina Marlow, an experienced Universal Yoga teacher and 500 E-RYT, will co-teach practice sessions throughout the program.
