Thursday Night Run Club

We are 6 weeks from race day! New this year is the level of support we have for our runners and walkers - whether finishing your first 5k or being active with others these weekly (free!) meetups will encourage and inspire you to reach your goals.

Every Wednesday - join Project Lean Nation for their FREE training program at 6pm WEDNESDAY NIGHTS led in partnership with Betsy from The Strong Run Coach with post run complimentary hydration mix, shake samples, and exclusive store -wide discounts

Every Thursday - Summerfield Mortgage (located near Rockmill park/Greenway) is proud to host a FREE training program at 6:30pm for a run/walk (Couch to 5k / All levels) led by Coach Rebecca Douglas with post run hydration and social.
