"Learn with Friends" - Mindful Movement (Move for Mental Well-Being)

Please join Friends Together in welcoming Erin Prena, PTA (Physical Therapy Assistant) from Fyzical for our July, "Learn with Friends" event. Erin's presentation is titled, "Mindful Movement" and will cover how incorporating more physical movement into your life can help have a positive effect on your mental well-being

Friends Together offers guest speakers monthly for our "Learn with Friends" program. Each free event is open to the public and is not only designed to educate and inform people about cancer and all the related areas involved in diagnosis, treatment, and survivorship but so much more! Topics will cover a variety of things including finance, health, fitness, life skills, etc. The program will take place at Friends Together at 4:30pm in-person and via Zoom. (Contact us for link.)
